Resales are allowed as long as I am credited as the artist and the item is not sold for more than it was purchased for
Please do not alter your item without permission, these are art pieces

Items may take 1-7 days to be shipped
Custom items may take 1-5 weeks for completion
Always double check your address before placing an order as I cannot remake, reship, or refund items that are sent to incorrect addresses
After the item has been shipped shipping time may vary greatly, tracking is always provided
Some countries may not be accepting packages from the US, check with USPS to see if your country is accepting US packages before ordering
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages
I am not responsible for the cost of re-shipping returned packages
The recipient is responsible for customs fees/Import fees
If a returned package is not claimed within 30 days the item will go back up for sale; no refund or exchange

No returns will be accepted due to the nature of the products
No refunds are allowed after the order is placed unless I am unable to fulfill the order
Damages that occur during the shipping process do not warrant a refund
By purchasing you acknowledge that these items are handmade and therefore may contain flaws
Custom orders may be cancelled BUT any completed payments will not be refunded

Emails not related to orders will be ignored
I can be contacted through email or Instagram DM but response times are not always immediate
Please do not baby talk in emails or DMs, or involve me in your personal dynamics
